Transforming Foreclosed Properties into Community Assets!
Foreclosed homes tend to be an eyesore and drag down the value of the other homes. Through a federal grant, administered by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association, the North Idaho Housing Coalition is able to purchase foreclosed homes and renovate them as needed to bring them the highest standard Health and Safety code, as well as improving appearance and livability. The renovated homes are then sold to qualified families or individuals; the homes cannot be sold to investors. Go to the NSP Buyers page to see the program requirements.
